Ships are divided into 4 types based on their propulsion.
1. Ships with sails
Also called a sailing ship. The speed of this ship depends on the wind. It is often found on training ships and on cargo ships, but only on small vessels.

2. Ships with paddle wheel drive

3. Ships with jet propulsion
The working system of the jet propulsion is that water is sucked through the channel in front of the ship, and then pushed towards the rear of the ship by using a pump to cause a water push. This system is often found on small boats made from fiberglass or stainless steel which has a high speed.
